I love this recipe for
Freezer Meatballs, they are easy to make, and even easier to pop in the oven when you want to eat them. I made only half the recipe and ended up with about 50 meatballs, enough for a few dinners. They can easily be added to pasta sauce, or heat them in BBQ sauce. Delicious and healthy!
Here's another meatball recipe. I skipped on the pork and veal and went with straight ground beef. But they're pretty damn good.
